Hope the video works of Shakira competing in Sydney a few weeks ago , if not just 2 pics to share of Shakira starting to "bag the medals " for Aero Gymnastics. Shakira is back to Sydney to compete in the State Aero Gym, so far Shakira has come 1st in 5 competitions, if she does well in Sydney, next is "the Nationals", which means she is competing against "all of Oz" not just NSW and Qld, good luck beautiful daughter Shakira Rani, love Dad xxx

Thanks Troy, we are very proud parents , I wish I was fit mate, I had a terrible week last week, won't go on about it as Ive shared my "black days" with Bill, Ed n Len, I had a massive seizure which dislocated both shoulders, fracturing my left and my right is frozen. Enough complaining, Im blessed to have such a loving, caring wife and 5 beautiful children, I will bounce back and endeavour to stay positive. Pete

Hey Pete, thanks for sharing the excitement with us! Wow, look at all those medals and trophies! Sports are great for the kids -- they learn so much from it, and it sets them on a healthy life path. Best of luck to Shakira in September. And take care with the shoulders, ouch!

Thanks Gyuseppe, Kim and Cindy, Shakira is training hard for the nationals, I have some "amazing shots " of Shakira competing last week but can't post yet as they where taken by a professional with their logo on the shots, when CD and Pics arrive without the logo I will "proudly post"

Kim and Cindy, thanks re shoulders, they are healing well and Im eating very well along with plenty of vitamins and Krill, I think things happen for a reason, and this was a reminder to me to "Not take any day for granted" , "wake up everyday with gratitude" , and "be patient" I "will" fully recover and be fitter than ever .
