I love driving by this corner when I'm in downtown Carlsbad. I wish it was used more often in other cities up the coast. Well done Greg!

No its not Kenny, in 15 years you will be able to enter your back yard without getting poked by the rigid tip of one of those leaflets. :floor:

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??

She's been in the ground pert-near 8 (I think) years now? Fifteen gallon from RSN. Yeah, I wish that this palm was on a lot more cities plant palettes, along with other goodies but the Powers-That-Be always seem to get stuck after the first 6 pages of the Western Garden Book. On a related note;

While waiting to move my big A. purpureas at the other end of town I've been closely monitoring the development of 2 nice inflo's that were loaded with seed. A month maybe, 6 weeks tops. Today I looked and some a$$wipe had cut them all down, probably one of the engineers. Not happy.

Lol... I'm estimating that that yard space Ihave is 500sqft with a neighbor on one side and sun loving plants on the other. Only possible way to fit one would be to plant palms along the edge and the Bizzy dead smack in the middle with nothing else

About as big as mine, so also mine would flower if it had not happened that accident!
