Livistona jenkinsiana is a beautiful green

Pinanga glaucifolia is semi glaucous as the name implies

Arenga sp

Cryosophila stauracantha is a very dark green with white undersides...almost a colourful as Kerriodoxa

Jonathan, post 50 centre palm is a Norfolk Island Palm ( Rhopalostylis baueri), it gets a few hours in the morning then in filtered light all day , because of that its leaves are twice the length of our full sun Rhopie baueri. Heres another shot of it and I also added a pic taken this morning at same time of a Ravenea robustior in full sun. Pete

Here's some more GREEN.

First: I love the contrast between the bright green of the Chamædorea and the dull green of the archonto.

Second: That one is for you, Kim, when you said "Palms have that satisfying green". While I uploaded this pic, my wife just told me that if she leaved me one day, it would be for this guy! I don't care, I confessed about my love affair with a bunch of curvy Hyophorbe, Carpoxylon, Pseudophoenix, etc.

Third: Kentias, your dark green is just unbeatable. And when it comes along with curves...

Fourth: My favourite Roysto: Roystonea oleracea. Perfect green crownshaft and awesome leaflets.

Last but not palm: Soursop, so good served chilled when days are hot .

Oh, lots of beautiful greens here! Bo, love the D. prestoniana after the rain, excellent! Peter, you need some zeros after the '1' in your green shot. Beautiful canopy, Daryl, and what an amazing sky. Beautiful variegation, Pete, love it! Sebastian, I'm in love with your Pelagadoxa, too! Who wouldn't be?

Thought I'd add some common Archontophoenix greens seen by the side of the road recently...
