Which palm is on the 1.photo?

I can remember the not so good ol' days of palms with new green leaves and crownshafts. Then one day around the early 80s someone told me about this palm called Chambeyronia that had a brilliant new red leaf. I couldn't understand how or why that would really be true. But after I saw a photo, then got the palm, and then saw it happen in person, in my own garden, things have never been the same.

And now it's crazy. We have pink, bronze, purple, and mottled new leaves. And then along came red, white, blue, black, orange, yellow, stripped, and fuzzy crownshafts. Boy things have changed for us palm nuts. And I will never find it boring.
