Well, my Zeddy has the colour "Sapphire Black Metallic", a so called "Individual Finish" of BMW. But currently ... I can imagine a foliation in matt black metallic. For the feeling of a stealth fighter. girl_happy.gif:D

All jokes aside, it is definitively an option I´m thinking about. But first there will come the assembly of an airbox with a customized mapping. We talk about the great airboox of the E46 M3 CSL, a legend.

Regarding the exhaust I have the best for me (for more than 4 years): the Eisenmann Race. *wroooooooooom* smilie_tanz_008.gif

Hi,

Nice visuals...love to see visuals of your car too with those new set of tyres & rims. And by the way BMW's X6 (Suv)is that model a flop ?

Many of those are seen in our streets and I also see many in used cars list which are hardly a year old_Why ? And these used

cars are cheap too ? While Audi's Q7 model is rarely there in used car sales section.

And does your Z4 'M' series have the X Drive feature.i.e all four wheels engaged(4x4) with torque on demand ?

Thanks & Love,

kris.

@ Peter: the recall refers to the current BMW Z4 ... what should I say ... we call it ZLK. Regarding to optical issues BMW did a good job. But the rest - sorry, a sugar-coated car with no ambitions to the motor sport. Absolutely NOT my cup of tea.

I love the rough-and-ready engine of the former M3 which has got many awards of the "Engine of the year" for a long time.

@ Kris: Thank you. :) X6 is something between a lifestyle and a SUV car. They do not really need it but they buy it. In Germany with much success. The X6 and the X5 are the leaders of the list of the most stolen cars.

My Zeddy has no X-Drive, no I-Drive and none of the recent bits and pieces. X-Drive is a privilege of the 4 wheel drives and not available at the classic rear drive.

But it is more than comfortable to know that I can initiate the awakening of the beast without any electronic assistant, and especially now - in our winter - nothing is better and nothing makes more fun than a drift on a large snow ground. :D

Driving the Z4 M is hard work but nothing is more exciting than this.

And ... we as ambitious sports car drivers hate the current development of the Bi- and Tri-Turbo-engines. They are without a soul, without emotions, without sound. I will keep my little racer till I die.

Glad to hear from you,Yes as you said many love the straight 6 while the modern v6 with twin turbo lacks the grunt that many car enthusiasts do not like.

And by the way we are all eager for more new stills of your car with new set of wheels.

Love,

kris.

Very clean looking ride! My previous was a BMW 330i. I love my jag XK, but miss the feel of the BMW drive. Nothing feels like a BMW, especially the E46 version.

Fully agree with you, Joe. icon_party01.gif

BMW E46 rockz 4ever. Before I felt in love with the Z4 (former model, not the current) I drove 3 BMW E46: 316i, 316ti compact and 325i. I loved them all. Before the Emmy I have had a Z4 3.0i. Now, the Z4 M is my personal final stage. More I do not need really, this is simply a beast.

And ... in the Z4 Emmy they have mounted the engine of the BMW M3 E46.

The last thing I plan to modify is to install an airbox, mapping included. Then I will have the perfect fun machine. rallye.gif

Hi,

Thanks for those beautiful visuals,Since the stills were in big size.My eyes were fully delighted.By the way the headlamps in your car is it

standard one or did you renew it ? Looks good.

And Joe,

As you have mentioned the 3series BMW with straight 6 Cyls was a drivers delight.I did get a opportunity to drive one of those. And i honestly

believe its a drivers car.And the steering feels so assuring even at high speeds & while cornering. To realize this one should have driven it or

owned it .The person who owned that car told me that BMW's are pretty addictive cars ! :)

Here BMW 3 series are mostly owned by Doctors and company executives.

Kris, no more words are needed. B) THANK YOU. :)

And no, the back lights are standard. They have changed them with the facelift of this Z4 Model around 2006. The previous Z4 has had another one´s, you are right. The release of the Z Emmy was in the early 2006 in Europe.
