I dunno the difference between a blimp and a Zepplin..

A blimp is significant smaller than a Zeppelin. The last one is a so called rigid airship.

Zeppelins have a rigid framework to keep their shape, blimps use gas pressure to keep their shape. Zeppelins can be made much larger than blimps because of their framework.

And ... the Zeppelins are an invention of Graf von Zeppelin, a German. :)
