Got this Licuala Cordata from Mike Edwards in late 2011 and it is just starting to get some

size about it .Does anyone know what size/age they need to be before they will flower?

I had lots of these many,many years ago when nobody really knew them. And not really mentioned in the palm books or pictures on the internet . Hell, there was no internet then! But I did get several of these to flowering size which, the best I can remember were well over 10 years old.

Licuala cordata is one of my favorite palms and high on my wish list. It will take a long time to flower so you might as well enjoy the journey.
