I'll say this much Dave, Australia often follows suit in what goes down or up in the USA, economically speaking, and that inevitably includes the housing market.

Yep, definitely overpriced.

With the falling terms of trade (with China etc.), incomes with take a hit soon enough and property prices will fall. It's already happening. The Government will have to run a hefty deficit next year to keep economy afloat...
