The reward after a long night of dodging sleep to chase surprise bolts? Greeting the sun, on opening day of the season..

Icing on the Cake? = Capturing a rarity, the Sunrise Rainbow.. Weak as it was as it inched closer from somewhere west of the house, this storm spat out a few final bolts before wrapping up. Unfortunately, w/ this camera, and increasing daylight, very difficult to capture any of them before the morning encore performance ended.

Hopefully this is just a tease of what lies ahead...
