Its a great place, they could add some diversity to the outside plantings. There are some nice Chamaedorea hooperiana out front.

Sometimes when I'm in the area I just pull in and walk around. We had a Central Florida palm society meeting there one year.

With a tin cup for a chalice

Fill it up with good red wine,

And I'm-a chewin' on a honeysuckle vine.
