Some Biennial attendees visiited this garden as a post trip. This is a presentation you do not want to miss if you are anywhere near Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden monday evening.

The Tropical Fern & Exotic Plant Society will feature Dr. Robert Pope speaking on Gardens by the Bay on Monday, Sept. 24th at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in the Corbin Bldg. at 7:30 pm. Gardens by the Bay is in Singapore and is likely the most unique botanical garden to be established in the last hundred years; its grand opening was this past summer.

Crotons collections from many Florida growers/collectors were acquired for this garden as was the bromeliad collection from Tropiflora Nursery in Sarasota. The public is invited to this free presentation - it promises to be very interesting. :interesting:

There will also be a plant raffle with plants from Gardino Nursery and Oasis Nursery. Hope you can make it B)
