This house is on a very special island that had a fish canning factory on it in the early 1900's. The new owner took advantage of the old building permit to build this. It is VERY secluded on Florida's west coast.

I delivered and helped install some Satakentia, Carpoxylon and a "pony tail".

Tell owner to get a hold of a magazine called "Open House" based out of Miami. They might be interested in the property for a feature. My wife advertises with them and it's a great publication. Just throwin' it out there.

The construction is not quite finished and the landscaping is an ongoing project. In fact the previous owner contracted me about 12 years ago and he started planting palms there. The new owner likes the palm thing so he has added many new ones. There is still a lot of work to do there. Christian Faulkner is a consultant and supplier on the job so there are some nice new cycads too!

BTW this is just the guest house. The main house has not started yet.
