the palm in the picture #1 is pseudophoenix sargenti var. navissana.  In fifteen year that fallaensis will be maybe 10' tall.  In twenty it will be mature and hypnotizing people with the uniformly separated leaflets.  The blue one is fallaensis the green is a baileyana.
