I have about 1000 green Canary Date Seeds that were cut off a neighbors tree. I was so shocked that they did it! :o Anyway, can I germinate these seeds? Or is it wasting my time?

Hello

this is the proper color of the ripe fruits of P canariensis

If they are green, you waste time

Will they ripen even after they have been cut. If I just leave them laying out?

No,they have to ripen on the tree. You would be wasting your time, especially since these are such an inexpensive palm to begin with.
