I am not certain about the colour of the leaves from the photo but I can confirm what kris had said in one of his earlier posts about C lecomtii - re the colouration of the leaves. This tome while in calcutta, the nursery owner from whom I get my palms had a few lecomtii seedlings - these were distinctly a shade of light blue, simiklar to a hyphanae. None of the other coryphas are anything but very plain green. Nevertheless if that shade is maintained till adulthood (which certainly seems likely given the photos kris reproduced), this is definitely a palm to recommend.

Possibly could be lecomtei, compare to lecomtei's seeds I that have got are large as same as in your picture while utan seeds are distinguishable smaller and round.

I have never got umbraculifera's seeds but I know they are smaller than lecomtei.

Where in Thailand have you been found. It probably I have visit them before.

Hi I got them at Nong Nooch this year also seen in another posters photos of exactly the same tree. I think it was Kumar?

I delidded them and they sprouted the very next day.
