Another pic. In Southern Ca these will grown perfectly just off our winter rain water! And it barley ever rains here!

Think I know the answer to this, but are there any tree forming aloes that are hardy to lower 20's/upper teens?

Clay

Port Isabel, Zone 10b until the next vortex.

Ausitinpalm,

I'd say the most cold hardy of the tree aloes is dichotoma, but once you get into the teens (temp) you might get some issues. Most aloes are fine with some frost and can handle upper 20's for short periods of time. I've only experienced low 30's at my place. I know people are growing Aloe dichotoma's in palm dessert, pretty sure it get mighty cold there at times.
