I decided to try and make a gopher repellant for those difficult rocky spots where gophers are working around and under my plants and I can't get to them. So I took 5 serrano chili peppers, and boiled them for 2 hours making a "hot" water solution that I poured into a 5 gallon bucket of water and drenched a couple of palms with. Will it work? I wonder if the worms don't like it?

Matt,

You might try adding cooking oil to your mixture. I do not imagine that it will hurt the plants and it will stay around longer. Maybe you could add some vinegar as well. And, you can use the left over on your food.

Matty,

It doesn't have to be what you said. I deleted about 5 posts referring to "immigration policies."

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.
