Dear pohonkelapa  :)

the stills are of very hi clarity, and the

plants & location made me think that it

some resort place in hawaii, such close

resemblence bali(Indonesia) has with

hawaii islands.

What is most stricking is both bali & hawaii

are valconic island with plenty of mineral salts

in the soil.and has a humid climate,is'int it ?

And the flowering plants and the tached tenents

are indeed quite soothing to our eyes.

Beautiful location & beautiful picturisation.

Love,

Kris.

Eka Karya looks much better in the sun.  It was very cold when we were there in late June.  Quite a difference five months make.  Almost nothing was in flower/fruit when I was there.  Did you find the "new" botanical garden that you had mentioned?

It sucks seeing those pictures while we have had five days of below freezing temps.  It gets so tempting to just sell everything and move back.

Iwan,

I know exactly what you mean. When we are working hard mulching and swearing under our breath 'bloody clay soil', it is very tempting to move back... Imagine... perfect wet tropics with the rainfall and vulcanic soil...

Well, at least we are just 'down the road' from Bali.

Yes even i share the same view of Mr.Dean

on this lovely still.

this picture is a example that tall beautiful palms

around the huts of resort homes simply

add panache to the lamdscape settings

of the given area.

I donot have words in praise of that lovely

still !
