I am currently squatting here as of last night, and Matty made me laugh so hard I had to take a shower. The rumor is true, he doesn't spoon, but I still got a decent night's sleep.

Sorry guys, way too much non-palm related banter going on here, and a few token palm photos don't quite make up for that. I'm moving this thread to the Ohana Nui.

I'm sure the plan is to begin posting palm photos at some time point, but a thread that begins with dozens and dozens of non-palm related posts does not belong in Discussing Palm Trees. General advice to anyone who is paying attention: if your plan is to post photos of palms in a new thread, do so from the very beginning. Next week isn't good enough because by that time your thread will be in Ohana Nui! :)

No big deal Bo. I agree. I started the thread in the wrong forum. I just wanted to say hi from florida. No worries. Thank you for moving the thread.

We're having a blast! Stayed with the Searle's last night. Did the whole 20 acre tour at the nursery. No time to visit any other people while in Broward Co. Jeff and Andrea are great and it was nice to meet and hang out with Borgy213!!!!!!! We hit Homestead's little antique shops, thrift shops looking for the local small town feel, had a messy burrito, and picked up 1000 more beers for tonight. We'll probably stay away from the urban centers. We're lovin' the Johnson farm and the rural roads down here. See you at Fairchild's tomorow for sale and a monster tour.

Christian wasn't joking about having to shower after I made him laugh super hard. He might have peed a little bit.

What an absolute pleasure having these knuckleheads spend the day and night over. They did stumble on a few names that they incorrectly tried to ID. That's ok, probably from all the beer in their veins!!

But on a serious note, wait, there was actually very little seriousness when around these guys. Just a big comedy show. But, I left for work this morning, as they were left alone to sleep off their beer drinking from the night before, only to come home to a clean house. Hmm,go figure. The beds were made, the bathroom was spotless (including the toilet seat) and nothing that I can tell is missing from the house. Ohhh, wait, I need to go out in the yard to look for any holes left. Pictures to follow, I'm sure.

I object. Let the record show that Paul and I did show up at Fairchild's and we had a grand tour. Mucho pics to follow once we're released from our Cuban prison camp. PalmIsland Randy should have some great pics. I saw him shooting all day!! Ryan Palmarum should come up with a great spread too.
