Hi Paul,

The previous owner was a building contractor that specialized in restoring Victorians. He spent over 20 years restoring the house and basically never stopped. He was a palm aficionado, and planted many rare palms including Ceryoxilon quinduiense, Juania australis, Dypsis decipiens and the Jubaea at the entrance. The current owner is now in the process of identifying as many of the palms as possible, and labeling them.

One of the many amazing features of the home is the placement of the palms as you look out of the windows from the house. Each window seems to frame a magnificent palm or group of palms in a picturesque manner from the vantage point of the center of the room.

As usual I spent most of my time talking with friends and didnt get as many pictures as I wished to.
