Try a search for 'San Diego Zoo'. Notice two of those words have only three letters, which seems to stupefy the search engine.

Put "San Diego Zoo" in the search box with the quotes to search for the phrase.

Hey Kim,

Most likely because it can't find that exact string of characters in it's search... By having "s around a phrase, the search engine will look for those exact word combination.
