Thank you all. Just out of curiosity, so far the best in growth and appearance after cold, Washingtonia Filifera, also the most resistant to fungus, it always looks perfect.

At least in this area, with little rainfall, it seems the best choice, and one of the cheapest.

Salamanca, Castilla y León, Spain.

Artificial turf is well worth it, it's a great investment. It is maintenance free and always looks perfect!
