that is the butia dominant phenotype, not plumose leaflet arrangement and minimal drooping.  Problem is there appear to be several phenos in butiagrus as can happen with F1 hybids.  SOme will take on features of the mother and some the pollen plant. I had a queen looking one and edited it out of my yard, the leaves and leafbases were 80-90% queen and it as weeping like a willow.
