I’m in coastal Southern California with both serious heat but coastal influences.

I put one in my father in laws garden. It gets morning sun only. It’s seen 29f and 118f. Still looks good. I tried one in mostly sun and it went belly up.

I have one in South Florida. In a pot it receives partial sun.  Needs to grow into full sun.  I keep the soil moist all the time.
