Is it possible that one installs a weather widget in the signature pannel?

You need to take the URL (the http://abcefg, etc) and enclose it within the Image Tags.

[img]URL[/img]

Or do this by using the "Image" icon in the Editor above.

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.

Hmm, I tested a Underground one, and It wouldn't allow it.

Here is another way. I did it for "SailorBold" above.

- For Weather Underground pick your sticker style. SailorBold's is one of the "Classics."
- from the html code they give you, copy the URL only (the http://etc after "img src") - like below

<img src=' http://weathersticker.wunderground.com/weathersticker/big2_cond/language/english/US/NM/Albuquerque.gif'alt='Find more about Weather in Albuquerque, NM ' />

Then insert it using the image icon link in the second line of the editor - which will yield this when done (no quotes):

Albuquerque.gif'%20alt='Find%20more%20ab

The code will look something like this, depending on if you do it with the icon or the simple 'long hand' editor:

[img=http://weathersticker.wunderground.com/weathersticker/big2_cond/language/english/US/NM/Albuquerque.gif'%20alt='Find%20more%20about%20Weather%20in%20Albuquerque,%20NM]

Every time I use the above code (which works fine in preview mode) I get this error:

Oops! Something went wrong!

You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.

You included too much. The text in red below is not part of the URL.

weathersticker.wunderground.com/weathersticker/cgi-bin/banner/ban/wxBanner?bannertype=wu_bluestripes&pwscode=KCALIVER58&ForcedCity=Livermore&ForcedState=CA&zip=94550&language=EN" alt="Find more about Weather in Livermore, CA

It is only the part within the quotes after <img src=

I fixed it for you.

But I cannot do this for any more members. However, you can ask here if you have problems.
