    Drainage will be the key to success on this one, they grow in sandy soil in hot conditions. Coming from Western Australia. That has some very harsh conditions, it will be cold tolerant iam confident in saying that. As for any other information I hand it over to our WA resident @Tyrone he is the man for information on this one he lives there, I have one in my garden and it’s tough but watch out for overwatering!

    Yes Richard, in the past I have already had many species of macrozamia, made from seeds, some sent to me by Tyrone and Jonathan and other seeds bought, and they lived until I went to the hospital, and there was no one to take care of them, all grown from seed, the ones I bought all died within a few days of arriving, yes the soil is very draining

    Good luck with them they are fairly easy to grow like most cycad species. Lots of sunlight!
