Banyons are most appropriately planted in large public parks or on properties that have several acres to use as a canvas.  I don't have any photos of the biggest one here in San Diego, which I believe is the one in Balboa Park.  That said, there are photos of the Balboa Park Banyon available all over the internet.  They are spectacular!

I don't recall the species, but recall some gigantic specimens when I used to travel to Samoa.  I would have to dig through prints and slides to find my photos of those trips and some of the specimens I saw.  That is a project for another day though.
