I first saw these on (I believe) Plant Delights Nursery site and I love the look of them but can't justify the money, especially shipping costs. Anyhoo, specifically, the varieties of dancing crane and white feathers look great. I would love to find one of these some day more locally. Anyone have any experience with them? They are also extremely hardy for such a cool looking variegated plant.

I don’t mind growing zingiber, there is a saying if you see a plant you have always wanted, buy it no matter the cost of it, because you may never see that plant again gor sale. I don’t hesitate in buying rare exotics spending $300 on just one seedling or small plant, if you want it buy it.
I have a nursery and I know what it takes in time, energy and costs involved in growing, I respect what the grower wants in price for there plants because I know what it takes to invest in stock plants.

I understand

I plan on buying one of those from PDN soon. Just have to figure out exactly what I want in one box. Yes the shipping is expensive but it's per box. 6 to a box so it averages out a bit . It's hard to narrow to 6
