Cuttings.   Very easy ( typically root within a couple weeks ) esp.  w/ some heat.  Can be rooted in soil or a glass of water. 

..Can be propagated by seed  also ( looks like dust ) but it isn't always produced.  Amaranth Family plant,  so flowers produced aren't all that interesting and are usually removed.

To propagate it just push them in where you want them nothing special to propagate this one, I do believe the common name is bleeding heart, it will actually take over a lot of places prune it hard to keep it under check!

@DoomsDave, here’s my Bloodleaf growing like wild behind my Bentinkia. Prune them regularly so they don’t get stringy. Full sun, regular watering.

It adds a nice color backdrop.  Dave you saw this at Dorian's house when the Pam Society last visited his garden here in Leucadia.
