A lot of gardeners want colour in the their plants. And a lot of colourful plants are of tropical origin, and for this reason a lot won’t live in the cold climates, cool weather yes but cold you’re very limited to the super tropical stuff. But if you search around there out there.

It is possible it could be, the grower I got my one from knows there stuff very well Equatorial exotics and they just had it as sp. If you’re one has the same pink new suckers then you’re on the money and it gives me something to look up with a name now, thanks.

 They are just pink from emerging, I could not find on the internet any information on this particular species.

The source of the plant has come from one of the top growers in the industry, and if they couldn’t give it a name iam at a loss to the actual species. I naturalists website may be a place to start to look.

Who knows what variety it is, if they couldn’t give seller did not know then as you say undescribed it is!

When it comes to some beautiful flowers Australia has some absolute gems. So if your garden is a little on the drier side why not go for a few Aussie natives if you can find them, there super tough dry tolerant and somewhat cool tolerant.

They are quite spectacular, a nice small tree as well. A little cool tolerance as well for such a tropical looking tree.

I’ve seen 8 years from seed with the search I did today. Not sure if that’s average or not

I purchased this one as a corm quite large. So not sure if it was a flowering plant or not.

A nice bit of anthurium colour with a spot of philodendron thrown in for that extra tropical look!
