back from the ice age - literally in every sense

Dear friends on Palm Talk, I am back from the ice age, literally in every sense. Like everyone else, I've been going through a rough patch, and not just because of the freezing cold weather here. But as always, I'm picking myself up and staying positive in my feelings, thoughts, and actions, because nothing else will help... I'm also looking forward to the extremely interesting posts and communication with everyone here. I really appreciate it and am grateful to be a part of it.

You're right, when things get stormy, stay focused and remain positive.

Tom, we all have problems to face, have faith, in the morning I have to make an effort and courage to get out of bed physically and mentally I can't do it, but I take a lot of courage and I get up at 6.30, I take the medicine, I have breakfast, I brush my teeth and I shave and at 7 I go to my brothers' shops, together with the workers we work and listen to songs from the 80s, but unfortunately I can only do 3 hours of work, then I go home and straight back to bed, until midday, this is my life, but I'm happy

Richard, I like listening to music, especially 80s music, but I listen to it at a moderate volume, not at full volume like you!

Music can heal many mind space situation, iam an 80s 70s actually any era of music I like. Oh and back in the day yes loud music was definitely played, I blew up many speakers and amplifiers, nowadays iam a bit more mellow on the volume control not so loud and it’s cheaper than blowing up stereo equipment.

Keep your head up homey. Man, it seems like everyone is just getting their butts kicked by one thing or another right now. Just do what you can to try to center yourself. As best as you can anyway.

Thank you so much for your kindness. It’s wonderful to be here, to have this opportunity, and to grow every day—even though we all face our own challenges. I wish each and every one of you strength, faith in the good, and the knowledge that even the smallest joys of the day can help us walk this path. The journey is the destination.
