I thought that I had this plant name in my records, but I can’t recall what it is. Any ideas?

A. squarrosa, " Zebra " plant has variegated leaves..  A couple other Aphelandra  sps may as well, if i remember right..

Remember seeing that a common name used for A. sinclairiana is " Panama Queen " when i'd see the plant offered at plant sales / in  house plant catalogs,  which was how i dug around for the species on the net..

" Coral Aphelandra " is another common name that came up when looking for the species also.

Great plant regardless.  :greenthumb:

Yes, the two I have add a nice touch, the variegated one lost a lot of mass in drought but is recovering nicely.
