Looking for a medium sized tree

Hello,

I’m looking to put a tree in between the fence and the deck. Hoping for something moderately fast growing, that has decent amount of screening/light blockage (not too wispy).

The area is about 10’ wide, and I’m looking for a 20’x20’ (max size) tree that won’t sprout new trees via the underground roots, and won’t have a root system that is too invasive - looking to also add more palms in this area. Tree will go maybe 10’ from galvanized shed.
