It looks like it is a form of Sanseveria, which has been reclassified into Draceana.  It is bit hard to tell from the photos, as I also have an agave that starts out looking a bit like the plant in the photos (Agave stricta).  The leaves appear to have some variation in color on them, which points toward the Sanseveria family though.  Just for fun, I will also add that some Dasylirion species look a bit like this when small.  I would put money on the Sanseveria though.
