Could be Tree Privet, Ligustrum lucidum.

If it is, i myself would seek out something else.  Surprised any nursery is still selling them to the public 🤦🏼‍♂️

Anything Privet ( Specifically,  all  species in the Genus Ligustrum  << From Asia >  = an absolute nightmare / On an invasive species list, or will be on one shortly.

Rancid scent of the flowers gives me horrible headaches,  and birds will spread the seeds  ....Everywhere......

..We do have a couple native " Privets " in a different Genus >> Forestiera  >,  which aren't invasive.  All, except one from Mexico, are typically winter deciduous though.

Oh okay well I’ll try to cut all the fruits out so it won’t be invasive I find it beautiful because it almost looks like a weeping fig and the flowers smell good in the spring
