Nothing to show size in this photo but those who grow it know it is big and in my jungle care free.
Please post yours whether growing inside or outside.

Lovely large leaves on this species.  I am only growing a handful of Anthuriums, but not this one.  It seems mine are almost all pushing out a new flower stalk shortly after an older one is still retained,  independent of seasons.   Does this species only bloom seasonally for you?

Me either. Except that the ones I would most like to try and cross, never are at the right stage at the right time LOL. I have several veitchii's, they all loom....but I can never catch them receptive, and their pollen shed seems to be minimal

Beautiful vietchii, it’s surprising how tough they are, and cool tolerant with temperatures down to 2 degrees Celsius. I have been just throwing them in garden at random anywhere with shade. Super tough for a super exotic plant great value for that tropical look.

They are so easy to grow and surprisingly tough, everything I read about or seen on the net is they are so tropical and so tender and you need to do this and that. Not really I say just plant em next to a palm so you can use that as totem or a tree.
