Understory is Azaleas and a couple of these, BLEs. Can someone ID this?

@SeanK Gorgeous live oak. Is this in Atlanta? Dalton Georgia has some nice live oaks, including some larger ones at their mall that are about 40-50 years old I'm guessing. Is the plant in question a pittosporum?

The smaller one is about 15 feet tall. There are dried berries all over the sidewalk. All these are planted on the backside of Gwinnett Place Mall.
