I have been growing plumerias from seeds on my trees. This is my first batch from”Kimo” mother plant. The 1st blooms are different than the mother plant. I have read that it could take 3 bloom cycles to realize the true colors of seedlings. These were planted May of 2022. I have two more different batches growing, only one year in, so I have a while to go yet. I have 20 of the seedlings from Kimo, all plants are 4-6 ft tall now with heavy caliper. Some growth shows more red, while others are green. So probably have a variety of different colors. Just have to have patience and space for them to grow.

Not sure how to get the picture labels on each picture?

1. 1st flower 1st day

2. 2 top flowers from Kimo, new and older flower, bottom 1st flower day 1

3. 1st flower day 3

4. 1st flower day 3

5. 2nd and 3rd flowers day 1

6. 2nd and 3rd batch of different seedlings, over 60 of them!

Looking good Barry. Some pretty obvious differences in that seedling compared to Kimo. :greenthumb:

Using your shots (  ..I'll delete this if you mind me using them ),  ..Here's an answer to your question..

What i do when adding in text above or below individual shot(s) is

Subject...  Then  hit shift, which will take you down to the next line

> =  ..Like that.

....Hit enter a couple more times and you should have the space you need to add in the file(s) you want in the space where the > would be..

I'll often do this  and use the > as a place marker where i'll add in the text.  Between each  >  is where i'll add in the pictures..

Picture..

> Next text addition..

...and so on..

....So, your post might look like this  👇 using that idea:

....Hopefully i arranged it the right way...  If not,  yell at me, lol.

Nathan, no problem with the help! Thank you

I haven’t had a great plumeria blooming season this year! But they are growing, see how it goes next year. I’m excited to see the other 19 seedling plants bloom, this year or next hopefully. With the different colors of the new growth, should be some different colors coming. Same seedling batch, but obviously going to be different.

Maybe I'll try these again one year. The ones you sent me a couple years ago didn't make it - one started to look great and green up and then one day it just went kaput.

I can't even begin to tell you how tough this year has been om mine, lol..  Lots  of burnt leaves, ..even on those i keep under the front porch where they receive sun only till about noon  -or less ( = the seedlings i've got going )  ..and they're getting plenty of water.

Lost a couple i planted as well..  Nothing super important though,  thankfully.

Only two that have escaped fairly un-scathed this year are both sit under high canopy shade.

Kimo seedling #2 is going to bloom! Only 18 more to go. This one seems to have more red in the new growth, so it will be interesting to see the flower color on #2.
