Bouea macrophylla - Maprang; Marian Plum; Grandaria

I purchased two maprangs in December of 2022 from Puerto Rico.  One was 10 or 11 inches and the other was about 8 inches tall.  In two years one has grown to more than 7 ft tall and my other plant is 5 1/2 ft tall.  The taller one put out two flower spikes in late February and flowered from March - May, but did not set any fruit. I’m guessing it’s still too young, but unfortunately there’s not a lot of information on the internet how long this tree takes to fruit.  

It’s related to mango and looks very similar, but grows faster and needs water almost everyday (even in winter) in a big 15 gallon pot.
