The country show has come and gone from  my hometown. Either the garden club holding the competition for the best plants entered and on display. And to my amazement the blue ribbon went to a spider plant of all things but it was nice to see the plants with local growers putting on display. I wonder how they would go with a variegated rhapis or a nice big Joey on display! Shake em up a bit with some top tropical plants!

All very nice. Too late to plant anything in the yard.

They put the effort in and deservedly so good on them. It’s no royal Easter show but they made the effort for the community. I have won before years ago with my palms.
