I have a Yucca Filifera planted maybe 5-7 feet away from my house, can it potentially cause foundation issues? I hear that the roots are fibrous.

Planted in SE NM in Zone 7b for reference.

Roots might not be an issue ( Fibrous, as mentioned ) but,.


Will take awhile but filifera will get massive in time ( Trunk / overall height )
