I’m looking to buy an Attalea Cohune in South Florida. Preferably in a 3-5 gallon pot for easier transport.

Try Action Theory Nursery in Goulds. They show current availability on Attalea cohune in 10"/3gal, 14"/7gal and larger. They also have A. butyracea and A. speciosa in those sizes (and larger).
