The first bloom of the season opened this morning and I counted 15 more sprays of bloom to come.  Often there will be a second blooming period in April. 

Jade vine or Strongylodon macrobotrys.

Does it receive full sun all day? I'm thinking of planting one, but it'd receive full sun only in the afternoon.

Mine does get full sun all day but I would think as long as yours would receive full sun from noon on, it would grow and bloom.
