Picked about 140 seeds from my perrofskyana in the garden. The first time it set seeds after 23 years so they take a long time to get this stage for viable seeds. A weevil does the job of pollinating them so if you have one and it’s not setting viable seeds that could be one reason why. The seeds from the ones in my garden where wild collected not about 35 minutes drive away in the forest. A great Australian plant to have in the garden slow growing but worth the wait. Tolerant of all sorts of conditions even fire. They take about a year to germinate so adding even more time to grow a decent size plant.
