Another mail order philodendron hose buono, farfugium firefly leopard

A little order of a few hose buono and a few japonicum. I first saw the japonicum on palm talk and thought I need that plant for a bit ground cover colour. A bit of research I found one. But I come across these ones the other week on a plant site and had to have a few more for stock plants. Ten years time I should be getting a bit of stock from them. They arrange it worse for wear with the public holiday slowing down the postal service they should be fine in a month or two looking good.

A favorite of mine… and apparently easy to propagate. I originally just divided them, but my daughter wanted to collect the fluffy seeds last time it bloomed. I half-heartedly stuck them in some soil and it worked!

Your one was what got me going in the I must have one department. I will see how they go in flower for seeds. I had no idea that they flowered. To propagate b6 divisions is helpful information as well thank you I looked at the corm thinking if it could be done that way so thanks Stacey. The one I planted in the garden is a real conversation piece starting 4 conversations so far so it has paid for itself in conversation alone and looks.
