I know the ship has sailed on the Biennial. But I have still tried to follow news from New Caledonia. This video, IMO, gives a pretty in depth overview of what has been going on for a long time. It gives multiple sides on the issues. Very interesting about another foreign country trying to influence things, not necessarily for the good. See what you think?
