Another fragrant Dendrobium in bloom in the garden.  This one is Dendrobium jonesii variation magnificum.  Not quite all of the 9 flower stalks have there flowers in full bloom, but it is loaded with flowers.

This Cattleya intermedia is blooming earlier this year, indicative of the mild winter we experienced.   Heat waves in February and March seem to becoming more normal now.

No blooms at the moment, but still cool...

I've been looking for a specimen of this for about a year. All I could find were very small plants for a very large price.

I was at a Master Gardener's sale in Ocala yesterday and found this one, about 15" long, really full. Great price.

This is one of the 'ghost' orchids...Microcoelia cornuta

I love that Vanda... based on its paternity,  I assume it is fragrant?

The flowers appear at a distance from this Peruvian orchid's foliage.

This Dendrobium nobile var. Cooksonianum didn't bloom for me last year.  One stem decided to cooperate this year, providing a few beautiful flowers.
