    Possibly a species within the Eastern Prickly Pear Complex :  https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/1412358-Opuntia-humifusa     Exact species may be tougher to determine.

     I have this exact same variety I got given a couple pads from a neighbor and I collected some down in North Carolina
