Arenga engleri and Bismarckia in Tampa Bay Area

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find Arenga engleri in the Tampa Bay Area. Looking for decent size plants, but most people I call have no idea what it is, even if I say "dwarf sugar palm".

Also looking for a place to get a large Bismarckia for a decent price. I'd rather not go to Home Depot unless that's the only option.

I think MB palms in the orlando area is having an open house this weekend. He has some pretty good sized Arenga engleri for sale. He may have some large bismarcks as well.

MB Palms is having an open house, I just found the flyer and it is April 15-16th (Sat/Sun) from 9AM-4PM.  6948 Beth Road, Orlando FL 32824, cash and credit.  They had some 15g Arenga Engleri pots at the Leu Gardens sale for $100 each, I think.  I considered buying another, they looked like pretty robustly growing 5+ short trunk clumps.
