Some sort of yucca?

Any idea what this is?
It was sold as a Yucca Filamentosa

It is approx 45 cm (1.5') tall
It has NO white, thready filaments along the leaf margin
It has a sand paper like texture especially on the borrom of the leaves
It has smooth margin other than the sand paper like texture
It has No terminal spike
It has been grown in full sun and is bright green

I have been messaging with the guys at Agaveville and have more or less decided that it is most likely a Furcraea such as parmentieri, or possibly quicheensis
